Easter treats

Hello loves! If you didn't know before ( which you of course didn't...unless you're some kind of a super spy haha) I love baking. The best part of it is of course decorating! I'm not that good at it, I guess I have to ''practice'' more. School makes it kind of hard to do anything like that, but since we have a long weekend because of Easter, I decided to do some Easter inspired baking. You can be sure that my family members got excited. ;) It was even better since I got this baking models kind of a thing with shapes of bunnies, Easter eggs, chickens and bells. It may seem kind of weird, that I get ''things'' for Easter, but I can't eat sweets cause of diabetes, so I usually get something small like that, which is pretty cool. I didn't really know what kind of dough to use, so I simply chose one of zhe cupcake recipes from my cupcakes & muffins recipes cook book which I got from my friend for birthday. Cupcakes are one of my many obsessions, because they're soo cute, yummy, small, pretty, easy to make and just perfect. Yes, I am even weirder that you thought haha! Just gonna use the opportunity to remind you: ''You're a beautiful cupcake in a world full of muffins.''  One of the best quotes ever! :) Anyways, so I've decided to make banana cupcake dough with coconut flour and it turned out quiet well. The flavour of coconut, bananas and cinnamon is a bit unusual (especially for my grandparents), but they loved it! It's a bit harder to bake when you have to be careful to wash your hands all the time, not to get any sugar in your mouth, but I think I'm getting better and better at it. I also can't try anything, so everyone could just be lying to me, to make me feel better when the truth could be that all my desserts taste horrible. But let's just all ignore that thought haha! The shapes were super adorable, but unfortunately I put too much dough in each baking model, so it rose up so much that It completely lost the shape on the other side. We learn from mistakes, at least that's what I heard, so no big deal. It didn't affect the flavour &  there's only one of them left. Good job fam! haha
We also painted the Easter eggs the same way  as we do every year and they're always so pretty and they take less than 10 minutes to paint them. I don't know why, but this year some kind of bubbles appeared on them. My mum said they look artistic. I would love to see your creations for Easter, so please post a link to your Easter blog post if you wrote one and I'll be happy to check it out. Thanks for reading this and I hope you got inspired or just a bit more in the Easter spirit! Keep enjoying the long weekend and all the yummy food! :)
